Dorset Square Hotel, Firmdale Hotels London

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home during my Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all the key attractions and shopping areas. I really enjoyed the efficient room service, especially their delicious porridge which was the perfect start to my day.

The price of the hotel was a bit steep for what was offered. I expected more for the amount I paid, especially in terms of room size and amenities.

Tiny single room, busy main road noise until late, woke up early due to bus route activities. Lovely dinner, tasty food, great service. Close proximity to Lords cricket ground. Beautifully designed hotel with special magic and warmth. Staff delightful and very helpful, early check-in, history of property shared. Modern traditional breakfast, reasonable check-out time, bags held during shopping. No faults found.

I was initially concerned about the number of plugs in the room, as there seemed to be only one available. the staff at Dorset Square Hotel were helpful and provided us with extra charging options so that we could easily charge our laptops and phones.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The interior design was beautiful and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service from the moment I checked in. The location was ideal, being very close to the tube and within walking distance to local highlights. the hotel was situated near a lovely park, providing a peaceful view from my room. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including eggs, porridge, berries, and juice. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were great, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were excellent, going above and beyond to make us happy. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The boutique hotel was beautifully furnished with a cricketing theme. The hotel had a lovely and friendly atmosphere, and the reception staff even offered us a free glass of fizz upon arrival.

Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to everything you need or want. The hotel is conveniently near Baker St underground station, allowing for easy and quick travel around the city. it is close to The Regen's Park, providing a beautiful outdoor space for leisurely walks. The private garden across the road is a lovely bonus, allowing guests to relax in a peaceful setting. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed, with amenities that make for a pleasant stay.

Some of the front desk staff lacked experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the luxurious amenities fulfilled my every need, from the elegant room to the exclusive spa centre. the staff provided impeccable service, always friendly and attentive. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast, with special diet menus available upon request. the location was perfect, with easy access to the rest of the city.

We enjoyed a continental breakfast that was delicious and well presented in the restaurant.

The bar/lounge area was less impressive than the rest of the hotel. the menu was limited and the drinks were overly priced.
